Mtsryde Holdings LLC Is the parent company for Mtsryde LLC, Rydedispatch Inc. Rydemedics LLC and Callmaker LLC. The company holdings are registered and operating in Texas, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida, and Nova Scotia in Canada.
Rydedispatch Inc. has developed and successfully deployed Scheduling and routing software which are used by the company in its contracts and operations.
Rydemedics LLC is in advance stage of discussions with several pharmacies and medical facilities for delivery of medications and medical equipment services.
Callmaker LLC Our customer service and care is at the core of Mtsryde operations. Callmaker LLC is the call center outsourcing service provider. It is a cloud based center that offers full suite of customer care services and network coordination.
Mtsryde Holdings LLC is a proud Member of Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA), Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

This is a letter about the transportation service Transcare (RydeCab) provides me to and from the VA Hospital.
First the RydeCab office sends me a message telling what time a driver will pick me up from my home. The message states the time, date and the name of the driver who will be picking me up.
The drivers are helpful and friendly.
There is someone in the office that you can talk to if you need help.
The wait time is short, we never have a long wait at the VA Hospital, for our ride home.
Overall this service is the best I’ve received in my five and a half years I’ve been getting rides provided by the VA.
