Demand Response and Rideshare System(DRRS) Model for this Paratransit Service . This Model uses advance routing and dispatching software to deliver safe, fast, efficient and sufficient service.
An App-based communication system that enables passengers to get real-time updates on their ride, interact with their driver, finalize the payment and review their driver. They will be able to schedule return and last-minute rides as well.
Electronic Fare Payment System for all passengers including the unbanked. With PayNearMe , cash passengers will be able to convert the cash to an electronic pass which will be acceptable at all our units.
Our partnership with Lyft allows us to provide First mile–Last mile solution to regular commuters who till now had not been able to use public transit services due to distance from Bus stops.
